These Subscription Terms govern access to RemoteTake Pro, the premium subscription offered within the RemoteTake Android application.
By purchasing or activating a RemoteTake Pro subscription, you agree to these terms, together with the applicable RemoteTake Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. RemoteTake Pro Features
RemoteTake Pro provides access to premium content-creation features, which may include:
Watermark-free video exports.
Higher-resolution video exports where supported.
Teleprompter functionality.
Scripted shooting and scene organization.
Advanced framing tools.
Controller Phone microphone features.
Additional premium capabilities introduced in future updates.
Certain features depend on device capabilities, Android versions, available camera hardware, network connectivity, and media compatibility.
RemoteTake also offers a free version with supported recording, editing, and export capabilities.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
RemoteTake Pro offers the following subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription: Reference price of USD $2.99, billed monthly.
Annual Subscription: Reference price of USD $9.99, billed annually.
Actual prices may vary according to your country, currency, taxes, and Google Play pricing.
The exact price and billing frequency displayed during Google Play checkout take precedence over the reference prices listed here.
3. Free Trial
Eligible users may be offered a 7-day free trial of RemoteTake Pro.
Free-trial availability is determined by Google Play and may vary by account, subscription plan, and previous subscription history.
A free trial is available only when explicitly displayed during the Google Play purchase process.
If you activate an eligible free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires.
You will then be charged the applicable recurring subscription price displayed at checkout.
Cancel before your trial expires to avoid the first subscription charge.
4. Automatic Renewal
RemoteTake Pro subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing period unless canceled.
Google Play processes subscription payments.
By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms confirmed at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play.
To cancel:
Open Google Play Store.
Go to Payments & subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Select RemoteTake Pro.
Choose Cancel subscription.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals.
For paid subscriptions, Pro access generally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. For a canceled free trial, access generally remains available until the trial expires.
Uninstalling RemoteTake does not cancel your subscription.
6. Refunds
Subscription purchases and refund requests are subject to Google Play's applicable refund policies and consumer protection laws.
Refund eligibility may depend on your location, purchase date, and circumstances.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for payments already made.
7. Subscription Access
RemoteTake Pro access depends on the subscription entitlement associated with the purchasing Google Play account.
Subscriptions must be active and successfully verified before premium features are unlocked.
Using RemoteTake on multiple devices does not automatically guarantee that a subscription purchased through one Google Play account will be available under a different account.
Access may be temporarily affected by payment failures, expired subscriptions, purchase verification issues, or unavailable Google Play services.
8. Video Ownership and Export
You retain ownership of the original videos and other content you create using RemoteTake, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.
RemoteTake Pro allows eligible users to export videos without the RemoteTake watermark.
Actual export quality depends on the source footage, device capabilities, encoder availability, and supported output formats.
RemoteTake does not guarantee that every device supports every advertised recording or export resolution.
9. Subscription and Feature Changes
Subscription features may evolve through application updates.
Any subscription pricing changes will be communicated and applied according to applicable Google Play requirements and relevant laws.
Updated Subscription Terms may be published when necessary. Material changes will be communicated where required.
10. Privacy
RemoteTake's handling of personal information and application data is described in its Privacy Policy.
Using RemoteTake Pro does not change your ownership of the videos you create.
